Michael Badnarik to run for County Sheriff in Texas!

With help from the “Granny Warriors“, Ron Paul activists who are elder females and travel with a monkey all over the country, Michael Badnarik will soon be running for Sheriff in a county in Texas, though it is not yet known which county. With help from Texas Ron Paul supporters and the Granny Warriors, Michael Badnarik, former Libertarian Party presidential candidate in 2004, is staging a coup in which he will become county sheriff somewhere and then ask all federal officials to leave the county, creating “Liberty County, USA”. I am recieving conflicting reports that the county is “just east” or north of Dallas, Texas.

The LP-USA pretty much much lost me forever with their last two presidential nominees, even though I'm philosophically predisposed in their favor.
Stuff like this is why libertarians are considered idiots.

Except for churches and universities (and certain very special exceptions), allodial le as propounded by Bednarik doesn't really exist. Takings under the Fifth Amendment and the status of the US Cons ution itself as law of the land should put the lie to this nonsense, but zombies never die. Too bad they never listen either.
