Why at the mall they are selling Obama shirts with his picture on it with slogans such as " z run dis hur" and "Black Is Back" at these hip hop stores?
If whites did this it's racist, right? But if a minority does it, its not?

I agree. But then again white American's were never stolen, shipped like cargo, enslaved and then disenfranchised for the next 150+ years. If we had been, I'm sure we too could say some things that expressed racial solidarity and it probably wouldn't look so bad.
Really, you're still white and in charge of everything else. If the price for that is not being able to wear a racist t-shirt, you're coming out far, far ahead.

And don't blame black people for their own enslavement. Sure there were Africans profiting from the slave trade. But your white ass nation... and everything you have today really, is due in part to the fact that your white country had an enslaved working force. It doesn't really matter who they were sold by. What matters is who bought and used them. It's the difference between supplying an evil demand and creating the demand in the first place. And your lack of gratuity (maybe the wrong word)/willingness to blame Africa, while seemingly completely exonerating the USA, smacks a little bit of well, racism.

im just saying that african slaves were purchased from other africans. to my knowledge, they werent outright stolen by whites

what i have a problem with is the government having us mark down our ethnicities and then making policies based on our heritage. its proven that when a student marks down ethnicity or gender on a standardized test, he or she performs according to the ethnic or gender stereotype. i honestly don't know why race is still floating around on a public level.

I'm going to postulate that maybe, y'know just maybe, any similarity in test scores, attributed to a single race, has more to do with socio-economic conditions of that particular racial demographic than it does with kids' abilities to perform/under-perform based on what they think they could get away with, as a consequence of their ethnicity choices on a Scantron sheet. Just maybe.
