Sad thing is they would have won the Denver game with Shaq. Porter should start doing the exact opposite of what he thinks is right from now on.

Had Shaq played last night against Nuggets they win 1 of 2 games at least. Now they lose 2. Stupid coach.
Porter isn't a very good Coach, but he's far from being the main culprit.
What have the Suns done to address their flaws and build a team with serious chances of contending for the le?
They needed another big, able to rebound. They got Robin Lopez, a guy with a relatively low ceiling in terms of potential and not ready to contribute yet. Huge stupidity, Kerr should have drafted for the P-word or someone who could help them right away. A rookie like Lopez was the worst choice possible.
Then, they needed to solidify their wings. What does Kerr do? Gets Barnes, a guy with no position and unable to defend.
They needed a backup PG - so, they go and get Dragic, who, as everyone who watched him in Europe could tell, that was very far from being NBA material, at least in the near future (and, if he has a future, is probably playing the 2guard).
The Suns will never be able to win the NBA Championship for a single reason: they have the worst pick'n'roll defense in the entire league. What has Kerr done to fix that? Zero, nickles, niente, nada, rien.

OTOH, and in a more positive note, McHale is doing a terrific job coaching those talented young lads in Sota. What a difference in the way they play and enjoy the game. Love is going to be an awesome player, he's truly Unseldian.
You obviously weren't listening when Kerr mandated Barnes plays "marion-like" defense, Lopez is an "NBA ready" defender, and Goran Dragic is the next Steve Nash.
Amare should take the fact he's Al Jefferson's bucket boy personally and the Suns would be at least 1-1, he seems content with getting dominated by AJ four times a year.

Suns just played an overtime game last night with Robin Lopez logging minutes and Amare in foul trouble, so naturally everyone but Shaq was exhausted tonight. The TWolves outhustled us, outrebounded us, and wanted the win more. Suddenly Kevin McHale doesn't look like such a complete ing idiot.

good thing I checked before starting my own suns suck thread. These a pro athletes, back to backs are no excuse. Maybe if I was smart enough I could take off every other day and tell my boss I'm tired from thinking too hard every day.
