So much for the Blazer's management and legal department. Screw the Blazers!!

When Darius Miles' deal with Memphis ends Monday, several league executives told Yahoo! Sports they’ll contact his agent about signing him.
Memphis is expected to offer Miles a second 10-day contract, but there could be better opportunities for him.
“I’m pleased with the production Darius has had, especially considering that he’s been off the court for over a year and a half,” Miles’ agent Jeff Wechsle said by phone on Saturday. “He’s shaken the rust off, and he’s been very productive in the games that he’s played.”

Portland!!!!
How does that $9 mil + luxury tax $ taste now Mr. Allen![]()
anyone else notice that miles isn't listed under the players section of nba.com? i wonder whats up with that..
So who is going to win the Darius Miles Sweepstakes??
did he play his 10-game already? i think he still got one game to go before his salary rams into the blazers' arses.
Where have you been. The Blazers are already screaming because their rear ends have been reamed so badly.
Mike Conley trade probably does make sense.
He's playing e for a guy with massive expectations. This is his year to shine but there is no shine to be seen...
Conely is going to be gone from the Grizzlies. He's playing like crap. But I predict D-League for him not trade.
Jeez its that bad?!
it's that bad. Geez you should see the Grizzlis board. Everyone is calling for Connelly to be traded or demoted and for Ivaroni to be fired. They are also saying trade Rudy no defense Gay for another big who will play defense.
he played his 10th game against utah.
I bet $1000 that he is gonna sign with rockets before long
Rockets have plenty of wing-man in battier and artest, but they either absend or suck due to injuries. Wafer seems pretty good but his defense is even worse than bonner and mason, and they rockets would retain nothing if they gave up their defense. Miles is alot tougher and stronger than wafer, and he can act as a perfect backup for Battier and Artest even after they come back 100 percent, especially in the playoffs where toughness can always gain more chance for a team to survive.
Just like the senario in Italian series A: rockets=inter grizzlies=lazio
Memphis Signs Miles to 2nd 10-Day Deal
The Memphis Grizzlies have signed forward Darius Miles to a second 10-day contract, Grizzlies General Manager and Vice President of Basketball Operations Chris Wallace announced today. After signing his first 10-day contract on Jan. 10, Miles played in three games and averaged 8.3 points, 3.0 rebounds and 0.67 blocks on 55.6 percent shooting (10-18 FG) in 12.0 minutes. The 6-9, 235-pound forward is averaging 5.0 points, 2.2 rebounds and 0.80 blocks per game in 9.0 minutes in five total games with the Grizzlies this season.

High Demand my ass! He signed a 2nd 10-day contract. Big whoop. He can't play and the Grizzlies know it.
He may not be that GOOD, but he is not too "Injured" to play, Portland tried to pull a fast one and got burned.

So angry. Just remember, the pain you feel is all relative.
Conley is in a terrible situation and I didn't even like him during the draft. But he's better than what he's showing.
Iavaroni's halfcourt offense is the worst (or the least appealing) in the entire league: clearouts for Gay and Mayo, a couple of baseline cuts with Gasol dishing from the high post and that's all. No place for a PG like Conley - the wings control the ball and there is no kind of off-the-ball movement.
Yup, Ivaroni is clueless. He gots to go
everyone on a wait-and-see mode? grizz just became everyone's d-league team.
someone's in denial.
