Impeachment? I can't think of a single President in history who, at the time of his first day in office, was LESS likely to be impeached than Barrack Obama.

Obama becomes prez at 12:00, but isn't allowed to EXCUTE his office until he is sworn in with the exact words.
Therefore if roberts gets him to not say the exact words any actions he takes would be null and void if they were exercises of the executive branch.
