XBox Live Customer Support

So the situation is this:

My roommate last year had a 360 and I signed up for live. We don't live together anymore but I never canceled the account. This Christmas my little brother got a 360 but didn't have an email address and I was lazy and stupidly used what I think was the same email to create his Live account.

Today I finally bought my own 360 and tried to recover my account but the account associated with the email address was my brother's. I called my former roommate to make sure I had the right email but he was stoned out of his mind and wasn't much help.

I called Customer Service to see if they could help but all I got was an Indian guy named Max Nahasapeemapetilon that said that he couldn't give me the email address because I could just check it on the Xbox even though I told him that we were in different cities.

So all in all, Microsoft and their ty outsource jobs. And I am a moron for using the same email.
