That verse doesn't attest to anything about the Earth being flat. The Quran says the earth is shaped like an egg: "And we have made the earth egg shaped". 79:30

Egg is an oval sphere, sphere being round, so that would lead to the earth being geo-spherical in shape, which is round.

So in conclusion the delusional guy with the glasses is wrong and he has no proof from anything to back up his claim.
