I know people will disgree with me. 1 time driving drunk the law should be kind to those and perhaps they are. 2nd time throw the ing book at them. I know 1 time can kill someone. Its wrong. But if they did not learn the lesson the first time every state in the union should make it almost impossible for them ever to drive again. I mean ever.
