I have no problem with what he said..he's trying to get confidence in his team..they're the defending champs, they should feel like nobody can score on them..

the Celtics actually always show us respect..last season, KG said that they modeled their team after us, and we're the standard..Doc Rivers always shows us a lot of respect, as you can see when he was talking to Pop following the game..
we're probably the only team they don't disrespect..
you didn't see any of the "usual" Celtics disrespect today..KG didn't taunt anybody, no trash talking, nothing dirty..they realize we aren't a mentally weak team..

I think Rivers is a pretty good coach myself.
Doc is a great coach period.He doesn't have that smugness like KFC Jackson.

Doc's arrogance is representative of their team as a whole. It masks their hidden insecurity IMHO.
Ive always thought that Doc is really an overrated coach. Give Pop or Riley this current Celtics team and you would see the difference it would make.

and pop showed that hes going to make pierce work for his shots and get allen tired all day running around and KG has no chance against tim duncan if we get another big man down there to rebound and make guys like rajando or een perkins beat us even house didnt even make a 3 today and powe didnt go off with his energy plays i still beilve with another bug guy a series with boston wont go past 6 games with the spurs winning
