Finley has made more big shots than TP so far

Yeah cause he didn't do that last week against Portland or Dallas, and didn't do that against the Clippers the other night.

Finley started off well on Howard. He went off when Finley went to the bench and then it didn't matter who guarded him.
Gotta blame Pop for putting Finley on Dirk though. There's no chance there but who else was going to guard him? You don't want Duncan chasing him around out there, Bonner was in foul trouble, and Thomas was barely ok. You could try Bowen but Pop thought it best to use him on Terry.
As for Finley's offense tonight? It was pretty bad but he's been shooting the ball well and he's a bigger threat than Hairston, Hill, Bowen, or Udoka.

After shooting only 40% from the field in the month of January, Finley has bounced back and is shooting 45.6% since then.
Not bad considering he's strictly a jump shooter. They just didn't fall tonight. I have to wonder if anyone would have ed about his defense if Pop hadn't put him on Dirk down the stretch. It's not like anyone else had any luck on Dirk. And it's not like Pop is going to trust Hill, Hairston, Bowen, or Udoka to score over Finley.

Mike Fin hans't been that bad this season. Overall, he's actually been decent. There have been some games where he has been very helpful with his three point stroke.
