    So sad, the judge seemed like a really good guy too (not to cheapen any of the deaths, just that all I've seen about this story is the judge).

    If they find this er on the highway they need to just clear the roads and call in the USAF for target practice.

    IMHO, when you have a female officer who is 5'5" and 140lbs escorting an unrestrained 6'1" 200 lb defendant, when she carrying a weapon, that is poor police procedure and it has nothing to do with the ACLU.

    The ACLU will protect his rights with the same vigor that they would protect rights for you or me. And there is nothing wrong with that.

    That being said, I don't see what rights have been violated in order for the ACLU to get involved to begin with.

    Unfortunately I've heard worse out of the ACLU before. It will either be that or the temporary insanity defense, one of the two.
