    Suns' Marion out with knee injury

    PHOENIX (AP) -- All-Star forward Shawn Marion, the Phoenix Suns' leading rebounder and second-leading scorer, missed his first game of the season Friday night against the Houston Rockets because of a contusion to his left knee.

    Marion, averaging 19.2 points and 11.0 rebounds, was injured during Wednesday night's game against the San Antonio Spurs when he collided with Bruce Bowen.

    Marion was replaced by Steven Hunter, who made his first start of the season.
