Las Vegas needs a team pronto, that would like be the greatest thing ever
This is kind of a spin-off thread to the Pacers moving one, but what if they became the St. Louis Pacers or even the Kansas City Pacers? I'm an NBA fan in missouri and we have teams for every other professional sport, where's b-ball? they'd probly do well here. I'm sure Seattle would be bidding higher than STL or KC but what do you guys think?

i guess, but would they do good there? they don't have any pro sport playing there do they?
they had a lot of fans during the AS game and i rmbr someone on NBA tv saying it was a test to see the fans as well. YES, any NBA team would do awesome there...you're talking about the Casino capital of the world....
I do think KC will get the next team which would be cool for me since I'm a big Royals fan. I wish New Orleans had a baseball team. Growing up the closest team was 6-7 hours away.
Kansas City Pacers has a ring to it huh?
It actually does.
Kansas City Racers sounds better. Or Kansas City Kings![]()
I wish that genius Stern could explain the latest franchise relocations. Who moves from Vancouver to Memphis and Seattle to Oklahoma City? The Grizzlies move to Memphis has already proven to be a disaster.
OOOO ST. LOUISSS.
Uh, that's Springfield, Steven.
Are you ready to rock?
You used to have teams in both cities. I think the NBA would be more inclined to go back to Seattle but who knows.
STL Hornets
KC has a brand spanking new arena ready to go. Seattle still has ty Key arena. Do the math. They were told they'd be considered for a franchise if they replaced Key, and so far they haven't.
kansas city kancers
yea the Sprint center is nice, I seen it when I went back home. Sittin there waiting for a franchise. A year before it was built I remember them talking about Orlando coming their, but I dont think that team is going anywhere anytime soon.
yes. I spend a lot of time in Columbia, so either would be good.
Ft. Worth Mavs
Do you have any conception of how tiny a city Las Vegas is?
Yeah it's almost as small as Green Bay.
