Udoka has been playing better lately but had a pretty bad game tonight. I have to wonder what we would do if he went back to playing like he was when he was in the doghouse. Pop has completely scrapped the idea of Hairston...as he has been in a suit the past few games. The initial assumption is that his minutes would go back to Manu when he comes back...but what about our depth? Would Pop go back to Bowen more? Finley?(shudders)
Bowen should be playing all of Udoka's minutes. He is a slow footed plodder that can rebound decently but can't stay in front of anyone with any quickness. The worst aspect of his defense is his tendency to reach in and grab whenever someone gets by him, which puts the Spurs in the penalty really fast.
Once Manu comes back, Udoka should not even sniff the court. Play Mase and Manu at SG, Bowen and Finley at SF. That's it...end of story. No Udoka.

udoka sucks. once manu gets back, he shouldnt even see more than 5mins in any playoff game.
his play has improved lately but he still hasnt shot the ball well.
