According to www.mysa.com it's 88 degrees. Yikes.
I've been inside all day (since I got home from work)- I don't have the AC on and it feels comfortable.

It's over 90 degrees at our house.
It seems like summer break, not spring break.

I turned my damn AC on. Great, electric bill through the roof in March.
I mowed the back yard ... lost 3 pounds.

I agree with GoldToe... Except, that I am drinking a cold Heineken out on my balcony... They say this weather Isn't sticking around long. It should only be In the upper 60's tomorrow.
Here it's absolute perfect weather.
We had a cookout...burgers, fajitas, cold beer.

I would rather it be like today than it being in the 30s-40s.....
Lol...we got 11 inches of snow here yesterday. That makes well over 100 inches for the year.

I spent the day out and about today, most of it outside. It was awesome.

the weather is perfect, The problem is? Kori's house is not facing north or south, her house faces the east side, plus her house is built on a slope and her neighbors to the right block any air coming in her direction,
I live in an apartment that is facing west, It is over 80 degrees in here. But I step outside? it feels like 59 easy.
I always try to tell people when they buy a house to let me go with them,
I look for many things, like if there are trees in the back yard that shed a lot of leaves in the fall, That way they don't get a swimming pool, you will regret it later. plus I find out what part of town it is, You see San Antonio and much of Texas is built on many under ground springs, that means the ground shifts and thus you have stress cracks in the ceilings and walls. not to mention the drive way and side walks,
