And what are you gonna say if he is still in the Greek-scrub league next year?
Bourousis still prefers the Spurs but GM of Houston Rockets Daryl Morey has had contact to Ioannis Bourousis about signing with the Rockets this summer. I do not care if idiot fans here do not believe me. It is true.
This is truth and I don't care if I am called a liar just because of some idiots here being just that. The Rockets want him and the GM of the club himself has met with Bourousis PERSONALLY.
here is him in youtube use the HQ button in bottom right of screen for good quality

Such comments have got very old and tiresome. They are ignorant and pointless.
Yet you always come back for more. If you can't take the heat then stay out of the kitchen son.
You sound like a fool with your comments. Just like an arrogant ass. And I think he will be in the NBA next year why the would a GM personally fly to other side of the world and meet with him in person? Just for the of it?
Because he hates the Spurs and wants to pull another Scola on them for fun.![]()
Why the does a Euro repeatedly make lame ass threads about scrub European players knowing no one will take the thread seriously?
Was mentioned in the Rockets BBS. There was a Daryl Morey sighting at the Olympiakos game. Possible candidates were:
Ioanis Bourousis
Theodoros Papaloukas
Nikola Vujcic
Sergio Llull
It was for Bourousis. Rockets want him to replace Mutumbo.
Mutumbo is done after this season but ya know what? I still think the dude can play. Maybe not for the Rockets but I still think he got game.
So this was your proof, KBP? That the GM went to the game? Dude..he could have been there for anybody. Just because a guy goes to a game to scout doesn't mean he's after one player.
STFU already. I told you Morey had a meeting with him and his agent. But I guess that it turn out that it is true Morey was actually there is just another reason for you to talk .
First I lie about it now I just lie about reason for it.........you are full of it.
All I know is that agent of Bourousis and him have from Rockets that Morey is interested and if they would want to sign there then he would be in backup center role and 15 minutes behind Yao would be possible. Apparently there is 15-20 NBA teams talking with his agent.
I've already said it's indeed true there are a few NBA teams trying to nab Bourousis and talking to his agent. And Morey was there. This "offered him minutes and talked to him personally bla bla bla" babbling is KBP making up, I'm 99.9% sure about that.
Indeed the Rockets would take him as a backup to Yao. I never said he will take a contract with them. He probably would rather play in a team that needs a center.
Does he play like a true C or a shootin PF? Your video says he's 6"11 but he's not even listed at a true 6"9.
He is 7 feet and 3/4 of an inch
2.15m in NBA = 7-1
If you dont believe me just look at his actual official measurements from FIBA
Ignore the picture it is Spanoulis by error

From FIBA website about him
"His teammates call him Kareem because of his size but after a win over Panathinaikos this season, in which he made three of four three-point shots, Bourousis claimed to be the tallest three-point specialist in the world!"
If you cannot figure 2.15m (215 centimeters) = 7-1 by NBA standards then maybe you should use a calculator to help you. 215 divide by 2.54 is your formula. = 7 feet and almost 3/4 inch.
For good comparison Pau Gasol is also 2.15m actual official FIBA height. So he is same height as Pau Gasol.

Yeah..and I bet you sat in on the meeting too..there's no proof anywhere of it..you're just saying it.
hmmm that would be good for the Rockets. Finally we would have two 7 footers that could play at the same time.
I am not sure. He is a 3 point shooting PF in offense but a paint defending shot blocking center in defense. So I am not sure if him and Yao could play together in defense but in offense they could very well. Bourousis would hit 3s for him.
I guess for an NBA player that Americans would know I guess he can be consider as somewhat similar to Bargnani but a better rebounder and defender than Bargnani is and more physical. Not the same level of shooter as Bargnani but still good and with 3 point range.
In full court and fast team him and Yao would be too slow on defense together but in slow and half court team like Rockets well maybe it is possible. Actually Scola and Hayes are not really any faster than Bourousis probably about the same. So yes probably him and Yao can play together.
Bourousis plays probably half of his minutes at 4 and half at 5 whether is Euroleague, Greek League, or in national team of Greece.
There is Rockets scout has say he is taller version of Carl Landry with 3 point range.
