"We want to move up at least one position, because I know we really match up good against San Antonio and Houston," J.J. Barea said on ESPN 103.3 FM this afternoon. "I know they don't want to play us."
http://mavsblog.dallasnews.com/archi...-know-the.htmlthe Mavs must be hitting that bong they found in Howard's locker.
What the !!!!
I'm tired of those insecure, big-mouthed midgets !
Sequspur, now Barrea......
I would agree with JJ. Dallas and Houston are both tough matchups.
why would they not
short series not flying across the country
I would not mind taking out Dallas again.
That and the mental midget, JJ Barea, also had a brain fart, forgetting that Manu is back and Gooden will be good to go come playoff time. I'd love to get the opportunity to knock the lowly Mavs out in the first round. Having said that, Barea should be more concerned/worried that they even make the playoffs the way the Suns have been playing lately! But, yes, I'd love to see that eating frown on little Markie Cuban's face when it hits him in Game 4 that the Spurs are sending the Mavs home in the 1st round.
Dallas would be a favorable match up for SA, since Parker torches Kidd every time and Dallas has no one who can guard Duncan or Manu.
LOL...amen!
the Spurs dont want anything to do with Dallas!!
Spurs would beat Dallas in 6 games
I know that's right.
Isn't JJ Barea spanish for "takes the "?

What's a J.J. Barea?
Most Mavericks fans don't want anything todo with Dallas
The Mavs and their mexican smurf are in no position to be talking smack. No one in the WC outside of LA should have this much swagger.
I cannot stand J.J Barea. It seems as though the Mavs have a bunch of players I cannot stand.
The Mavericks have not matched up well with the Spurs in 2 years.
I think Barea should keep his mouth shut especially for someone who's 5'10"
Because Dallas and Houston are tough matchups personnel-wise and this year, the games are almost always close games. The Spurs have had injuries but so have Dallas and Houston. They are 2-2 against both Dallas and Houston. 3 of the 4 games against Houston have been decided by 3 points or less.
Of course, this year, the Spurs don't really have a clear-cut advantage over any of the playoff contenders in the West except against Boozer-less Utah (2-0). Denver and Utah seem to be the best matchups for the Spurs. The 2 remaining games against New Orleans (with James Posey) will indicate how a series against them might work out.
they do matchup well with San Antonio. Mr. JJ Barea is a scrub, but he is right on that aspect.
But about his 2nd statement. who cares. He is a nobody, nothing to see here.
Hahahahahahahahahaa....
Hahahahahahahhahahha....
He's 6 foot....still taller than some of you messicans.
