The "win32 trojan virus" doesn't help much.
But if you're talking about trojan.win32, google is your friend:

I'm pretty sure I have the win32 trojan virus on my computer...and I've scanned my HD with AVG Free about 3 times and it can't seem to get rid of it. What the heck can I do??? I don't want to lose all my pictures or my music, can someone help me out please?

When I scan it there are about 5 trojans that are detected. Two of them are win32.krap and the other one is win32.huer. Does that help?

You can scan all day and night and you will not rid yourself of that Trojan it will regenerate itself over and over.
You can buy you some time with a boot up scan from Avast.
That Trojan has to be removed prior to windows booting up.
here is your link make sure you do a boot up scan and press 2 to delete all when asked.

But at the end you really should wipe out the drive to be 99% clean. You can buy this for 25 dollars at Altex.
That way you can pull off the data from the HD.
If you have your own XP disc then bring your HD to my place I will do it for you but i will need the DVDs so you can take your data back with you unless you want to bring me a few 8gb flash drives.
Or drop off your tower and a dime bag and i will have it ready by 10 pm
