Thunder got to 20 wins but at beginning of year people were talking about them breaking the record for least wins (9-73 Sixers). They're a respectable 18-24 over their last 42 games and have had quite a few flukish losses (2 1-PT losses to Nuggets, Mavs comebacks v them, etc). they've progressed greatly over the year.
