Sure it is. He didn't know how to handle young players like JR Smith and Brandon Bass so the Hornets replaced them with veteran garbage. Plus, he didn't want Birdman Andersen back so he left for Denver. He really doesn't coach this team. Basically CP3 just runs the show while he folds his arms together.
Hornet, your team NEEDS to grab Avery Johnson this off season, he assembled the Mavericks to such an elite status and they were pussies to begin with.

Avery Johnson would be a good fit. He's from New Orleans. He would bring some toughness in this organization.

You really don't want that, especially with your superstar being a PG. Avery would think he's better suited to run the show and wouldn't give CP3 the freedom to make plays. Trust me, we've seen this before

Seems to me that the Hornets are good solely because of CP3 (which is why he is my MVP btw) and management has no direction. They need to get some more assets and a better coach to be true contenders imo.
D-Will takes his games versus CP3 personally. Has CP3 EVER beaten the Jazz when D-Will was playing?
D-Will is like CP3's arch nemesis.
That's baloney. D-Will neutralizes CP3 while his teammates dominate. The reason why the Hornets are usually successful is because CP3 clearly dominates most PGs. However, he can't dominate D-Will so the Hornets lose their big advantage.
Don't you find it odd that D-Will has won almost or ALL the matchups versus CP3?
