even if Mavs win tonight they still have to finish with a better record than the Jazz. In other words the Mavs cant afford another loss this season and i find it hard to believe the Mavs will go into NO and beat the Hornets. As long as CP3 is on the floor, Mavs will find some way to lose

And the rent there is re ed high. The place is a ghost town when there's nothing at the AAC. Those that are still left are going to have a hard time surviving through the summer. It's a shame, too, because Victory Tavern is solid (but WAY too big) and La Condesa is some good Meskin food (LOVE the queso).
yep, and the hamburger there is great but unfortunately they are one of the most expensive mexican resturants ive ever been too
Nobody goes downtown for fun unless there is an event at the AAC...all that crap was wasted money by the city of dallas
