No.
Would you pull the trigger?
Back problems scare me.
Hmmm... probably not but I would seriously consider it.
Ditto.Back problems scare me.
Let me switch it up.
Rasho and Barry for Chandler?
ummmm....... No. well...... No.
Rasho for Chandler strait up? Nazr for Chandler starit up? Yes to both, but even when his shot isn't falling i have never seen Barry on the floor be a net negative, he either makes a good pass or penetrates, or something.
Therefore it makes no sense to trade an impact player and a good role player, for a pretty good rebounder. Well an awesome rebounder, but his offensive game is more limited than Rasho's.
Um, no. Chandler is destined to be another Charles Smith (of the NY Knick variety).
What part of back problems don't you guys get? Tyson's destined to get hit by the same problems as Smith (and our own DRob).
No thanks. With an offseason under the Spurs' guidance, Nazr is going to be a beast. all you doubters.
What does Charles Smith have to do with back problems? He had a chronic knee.
Agreed, LJ, BUT...back problems this young are a red flag.
Yeah, a bad back out of high school isn't a good sign. Though TMac went through something similar and I haven't heard about it flare up anytime recently.
Tyson Chandler is an excellent defender. Charles Smith was more of an offensive player. Not really an apt comparison.
Sorry, I was trying to stress the whole Charles Smith <----> damaged goods connection.
Chandler, with back problems this early in his life, is destined for an early retirement. I'd rather it not be with 3-4 years and serious money still owed to him by San Antonio. Let Chicago swallow that pill.
I like Tyson Chandler, but I would not pay him a lot of money.
Didn't he miss time at the end of last year? And then Philly held out Iverson, since they were in a scoring race, or was it vice versa?
The only thing that was really hurting was TMac's ass, from all the rapings he took playing for a bad team.
Yeah, I was thinking that TMac had more of a case of Raptormagicitis- Inflammation of the ego.
No, TMac actually has a problem with his back. He's had it since his rookie year and from what I understand still has it periodically.
Chandler is not that good.
wait tell the after the playoffs
no.
Nazr > Chandler.
1. hes not chronically hurt like Chandler.
Period.
Nazr's feets disagree.
But the back is scarier.
