I see too many negative threads in here. As always after a loss.

I say Good Job Spurs. Way to hang in after losing TD in the 1st quarter.

    GO SPURS GO!

What about Nazr with 13 points and 8 rebounds and I won some Vbookie Cash.

Also, Manu looked good for his first game back from the injury.

Who cares about Moral victories....I didn't mention anything about a moral victory.

It was nice to see the Spurs play the way they did.

Which is exactly why he should have played in the 4th along with Tony...but no.

Mr. Popovich has to be a sexual and let the W slip away.

I didn't get to see the game but heard about TD going down. I need to see a replay or something. But they did a good job with TD out. Except for that turnover at the end. argh. Way'd it go Devin! I love this kid! It was a loss but they hung in there and didn't get blown out in a humiliating game.

how old are you? 15? Calling pop a sexual...very childish.

Don't get all mad cuz ur fellow country man didn't play....He's my favorite Spur too but I see nothing wrong with sitting him.

We all knew he was going to get limited minutes. Why are you surprised?

    I'm not surprised at all.

But the point is his injury was looking fine.

Pop gave up. He didn't give a about the win, he handed it to them.

Rasho literally handed it to then, lol. Just kidding.

But still, Tony could have helped in the 4th, he's a clutch player.

I still think that Horry and Brent were a waste of room on the court, sitting there beating there s, looking at the ground, doing nothing.

But, if he plays and reinjures (and we all just saw how a player can reinjure a lingering injury) his groin, maybe even tears it, then you get pissed at Pop for playing him too much. Good move Pop!

hes coming back from a goddamn groin injury, you dont throw a guy out there play him 30 goddamn minutes in his first game back.

Give it a break, did you want to win today?? Or win in the playoffs Alvarez, gotta make your mind up.

Read the pregame story, Pop was gonna limit his minutes today despite close or blowout.

So get the off of Pop already.

Manu, unlike Tim, knows how to land on the ground.

Duncan always gets injured on his way back down.

once again, i'll say it again, Manu was playing great with his ing "groin" injury.

I was thinking the same thing but is better safe than sorry with Manu's injury.
Now it is important how is he going to feel tomorrow.

What is your point? Manu is a Judo master?

Manu is a great clutch player that we all knew would play limited minutes tonight - and unless you know something about his groin that nobody else does, it was wise to keep him off the court.

Isn't landing on the ground the main cause of most injuries of this sort?

A groin pulled is a pulled muscle.....if you have ever pulled a muscle then you would know that limiting Manu's minutes was a good idea......if he was playing in crunch time and reinjured a made even worse.....you would be ing and moaning about how we should have waited to play him.

You MUST think of the big picture.....in long run this is the best thing for the team and Manu.

this is the most immature post to date. I would rather have Manu healthy for the playoffs than have the #1 record and no Manu, but I guess some would rather act like 4 year olds and claim the sky is falling.

I guess we all know why alvarez6 will be changing his diapers during the playoffs, while Pop will coaching the Spurs in another post season.

Horry? Horry's D is a big part of the reason the Spurs hung around so long today. PLus he made a couple important, big time shots.

Horry is under rated around here.

Alavrez STFU and stop bringing pointless takes. I don;t know if you have ever played sports but the likely hood of re - injury increases ten fold after the origional incedent.

That is what manu and the spurs are being careful of.

Yea know I couldn't understand why Alvarez6's takes were always so immautre and normally about one sentence long. Now I take a gander at his age and see he is all but 15. Look kid do us a favor before you come and post, go to your favorite porno site jack your little off. Then come post when your nuts aren't as blue as a racquetballs, I think you'll find your posts will have a little more substance. At least I can only hope so. This was a nice thread until your dumbass came on it and brought your immaturity with it.

P.S. Lose the sexual remarks, until you at least lose your virginity.

How can people complain after today's game?

With Tim being out for the entire game and Manu only playing 16 minutes, the Spurs played a great game against the reigning champs. If it were not for the fact that the Pistons had a terrific game, the Spurs would have come home with a W.

    People need too relax.
