My screen is acting weird

I installed my 19-in. LCD monitor a couple of months ago. The past couple of days it's been acting weird.. what's weird is it only acts up when I'm in SpursTalk. More specifically, when I jump from thread to thread or even refresh the screen, the display darkens a bit, almost like a light dimming slightly.. its beginning to freak me out a bit because I've tried several other forums and websites but everything's fine so I'm ruling out a hardware problem.. has anyone encountered anything similar or have any suggestions? Really very strange.

Make sure your connection from the display to the computer is good and strong. Unplug both sides of the connection, then replug them in.

Download new display drivers.

If your display goes out on you, head over to newegg.com for a new one.
