They hate on him whether he scores or not. They were hating on him after game 1 where he shot 70% and had 19 points.
But he'll definitely be blamed for missing his 2 shots tonight. He was clearly to blame for the entire team shooting poorly.

Well he wasn't doing on the offensive end either.
We already established that with his whopping 2 shot attempts. We already established that he was clearly the reason why every other Spur was missing shots too. We already established that his poor defense on Howard was the result of Dirk and Barea able to get hot early too.
We already established that pop has a mysterious man crush on him.
Finley was scheduled to have his weekly ghost game.
And team followed suit. Hence why we blame Finley for this loss alone.

I heard Finley tell Pop that "Bowen shouldn't be allowed to guard Barea anymore after game 2 that way we can lose"
Finley always gives you a couple ghost games in the series. He's very streaky. Credit to him for still having those good nights.
