It might be best if you contacted Symantec (Norton) support if you have a current version. If it's your personal system, here is a link:

Give this a try go to Panda's website http://www.pandasoftware.com and use their free online scan (which also removes for free) and see if it catches it.

Scroll down about half way and click on the "Panda Active Scan" box on the lefthand side of the page.

You can also try Trend Micro's free online scan from http://www.trendmicro.com

Sometimes what you need to do is simply throw the virus into your trash bin and empty it. Then run your antivirus scan again.

It might be a remnant of a virus Norton got rid of. Might want to check your logs and see if the virus name from the link shows up. More than likely, you'll have to delete a few keys in your regustry that keep it coming back. If this looks to complicated, get someone who can read it:

I tried the Panda scan thing, but it doesn't work on my computer. It says there's some error. Further, I also went to that site, ChumpDumper, and yes, it is too complicated for me to understand. As for ducks, I don't understand what your talking about. What do you mean by "os"? Sorry I don't know much about computers.

Make sure you're using Internet Explorer with Panda Scan or HouseCall.

Otherwise, try this with your AV software: turn off System restore by choosing Control Panel, then System, then checking the "Turn off System Restore" option in the system restore tab. Then run your AV software and see what happens. This virus seems to have been around awhile, sounds like this might do it.

Did you try emailing or calling Symantec as referenced earlier? If you already have Norton, it may be a decent suggestion.
