Who's the hat wearing, gold-shirted guy sitting baseline at playoff games?

I noticed during this series opening home games in SA against the Mavs, there was a guy wearing a hat and and gold shirt sitting baseline. Hard to tell who he was rooting for, but I saw him again sitting in almost the same spot at American Airlines Arena when we played in Dallas so I thought he was a Mavs fan. Then last night, saw him on TV again sitting baseline at the Rockets-Blazers game... Anyone know who this guy is or what's his story?

Funny you mention this guy. I saw him once also when the Spurs were playing the Lakers. He was wearing all black and looked like the character from Jeepers Creepers!!

Thanks Shelshor... I guess it slipped by me when I was browsing threads to see if anyone had brought this into question already. Dude sounds like quite the character, but what a life!
