I tried to change the language settings
it is english I need spanish
I have xp disk but if I had the recover disk I could select spanish and it all would be in spanish
I tried to copy the bad hard drive to the new one 3 times and it will not copy
dont they par ioned the drive where OS backup is on drive and watever is on the other....
most new laptop buyers are required to do a backup recover disk when they bootup just in case they forget and format the crap and dont have the disks to reinstall....
you tried getting a copy from the helpline? they do send them out if you show them receipts and and tell them ur a noob.
Maybe in this case it would be easier if your friend just learned English!
hahaha! blue jew strikes again!
that's correct... hp is such a pos company it's insane they actually make profit at all. i can't believe people buy those crappy computers.
anyhow, that's besides the point. the recovery files should be on the other par ion and you should be able to access that from the bootup options on the pc.
