I work at the hospital, and let me tell you, People are freaking out over this "Swine Flu" thing...its ridiculous.
Masks on, body suits on, people crying/scared.....get a hold of yourself People. Its the damn media who blows things out of proportion.

Day 4:
People are still scared like a bunch of scolded dogs. They have this perception that if you have a cough/runny nose/headache that they have the damn swine flu. Todays gonna be a long day![]()
I thought I had the swine flu yesterday, then I realized I was just tired and hung over.
I semi-want to catch the ol' H1N1. Just fill up a syringe and stick that e into my vein baby. Get her over with while the Tamiflu's still flowing.
There are only 950,000 hospital beds TOTAL in the US, and a large percentage of those are already filled with actual patients.
This whole thing may quite possibly turn out to be nothing.
BUT
If it gets bad, it can get VERY bad very fast.
It would not take much to completely overwhelm the medical facilities in the US. We simply have too little excess capacity and no real framework to handle such a pandemic.
Lots of doctors are going to be buying new cars and houses off this scare.
