swindler duff mcgocartney has grifted jimcs out of several hundreds of dollars in an education scam he was running back in the early 2000s. he created a panick situation with emergency tuition to create a decoy smokescreen to cover up what was really going on.
years later, has he payed jimmy dean back? or is he just another former taco cabana employee with more post-discount chalupas under his "belt"?

wow its been over 6 months already. I remember jim lent him the money the same day i flew out to visit you folks. I still think the dude is awesome and a real class act for doing something like that. Not to many people would go out of there way. Hopefully he gets his money back.
This is personal and has no place here IMO.
Not only has Duff not paid Jim back, but he is now stealing his mail as well!
