this should probably go in the think tank section, but for the price hes going to be asking for and his current set of personality disorders i would say no.
My understanding is that he is a free agent. Does anyone think that he would be affordable and would he be worth picking up?

it's a nice idea, he maybe will not get more than MLE offers so with a long MLE contract we may could get him and he could help us with what we weak rebounding and defense.
The guy is getting on, but I dont see the MLE as being too far fetched. Great all round player that is looking for a championship contender, which I still like to think that we are.

Ariza or Artest might be better than Marion, I dont think Gortat or Carney will be better they just got one sweet season. But Lakers is ni 1 in West and Ariza is smilling there why go to mediocre SA? With Artest, he passed on the offer before and I think he will consider Houston better when TMac and Yao get healthy. Spurs need someone good before they really turn into playoff team but not contender anymore...Splitter is unlikely and Gist getting some deals from Maccabi. Spurs as usual is NOT fave destination for impact players. Change is needed real fast or SA will be turned into mediocre playoff team who will NEVER past 2nd round
