there were plenty more of those hedge fouls on both sides. the refs let them play while calling ticky tack fouls . weird but thats how they did it
Poor Nene, all it takes is a Kobe HEEEEEEYYYY!!! and his 3 goons will eventually foul you out.

I thought Nene's 6th foul was on Gasol?
the best part, was jeff van gundy, " the refs dont have it tough, they make 300,000 a year for god sakes."
Denver missed FT's killed them though but Im so tired of the tick tac fouls Kobe gets. So tired of it, like 2001 tired.
Kobe got some calls. Kobe also didn't get a lot of calls. And, still photos rarely tell the entire story of a play. That's like saying how a pornstar likes fingers in her butt, and then posting a still picture of a porno she's in but with her still fully clothed before the boom boom action.
thats deep![]()
Nuggets shot 35 free throws to the Lakers 24. Not sure how much more the refs can help the Lakers.![]()
If anybody on the Lakers gets BS calls it's Gasol, every time he takes it up he screams like a dumb ass, sounds like Homer Simpson lol.
There is like no contact, Pau shoots it, I hear a scream and then finally a whistle.
thats sig worthy
TRUE THAT
Gasol is a pussy
They just wait until three minutes to go when they don't award the Nuggets a timeout and let Odom steal the ball on the jump, then they call it every time someone breathes near Kobe. Then they can look at the number of calls as justification that a jump shooting team suddenly gets awarded trips to the line in crunch time. Didn't matter; the Nuggets choked the game away with that lazy inbounds pass.
It would have been better if you just showed Chris Paul fouling out by Kobe pushing him to the ground.
Nene definitely deserved his last foul.
I posted a while back about Gasol's and Kobe's screaming pissing me the off, I don't even know why. It pisses me off alot more than a scream should
That screaming is driving me nuts. Also, Gasol is over-the-back on almost every possession but almost never gets a whistle.
Thats the best analysis Ive heard.
They were really letting them go up under the basket. I couldnt believe how much people were getting away wtih. At one point Anderson straight up pushed Odom I think and the ball bounced off of Odom and out of bounds. Denver ball.
Other times, like when I think it was JR Smith cleanly blocked someone, they called a foul?
Kinda weird...
My biggest beef with the game, and really not even the game, was Fisher's attempt to flop on his three towards the end of the game. His arms went flailing aboutand he did a 180. Ialmost spit out my drink from laughing.
Lakers got outshot by 12 ft's and somehow we go gift wrapped the game.
We're at dead even on ft's in the playoffs yet to you guys, Lakers get benefit of the foul calls even considering the fact that in one series, Houston field a roster of scrubs AND the Lakers roll out two guys that require doubles.
Lol. What a bunch of clowns.
Denver for the playoffs has had a HUGE, HUGE ft advantage. Cleveland has had an absurd FT advantage. Not one peep about this.
Funny how that goes.
Typical choke job at the end by a George Karl team... Anthony Carter should have used the final timeout instead of letting that bum Ariza be the hero. It's disappointing because they were playing very well that game.
And FTAs do not tell the entire story of the love Kobe gets from the officials. It's a cop-out typical of Laker fan.
Missed 12 FT's : check
Kmart is dumb: check
Karl is dumb: check
Don't blame the refs
blaming the officials for a Laker win...typical cop-out from an immature, cry-baby rival fan.
I'm just saying you can't hide behind the FTA attempt arguement to claim it was "fair," because there are plenty of other factors including foul trouble and how teams will adjust their defense if "can't touch Kobe" is in full effect.
And do you trust this crew to make the proper judgment calls when they can't even see half of Chauncey's foot out of bounds?
And when Pau got the offensive board and was cleanly blocked, he was bailed out by the refs.
There are so many ways a ref can control a game without it showing up in the box score.
So many ways and they all know each way.
Gasol's scream is just ing horrible. I'm begining to hate him for that; I mean it's bad. Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad.
When he can't do against his defender he throws it up and puts his arms in the air and he yells like he got his ripped off and stuck up his ass.
