Wow. These girls should face serious charges, IMO. They could have completely ruined that man's life because he wouldn't let them smoke.

These kind of things are really dangerous. When a woman accuses someone of sexual harrasment, try to defend yourself and prove they are wrong. No one will believe you, and your life will be ed. Wonder how that would be like. And even if it is proven otherwise in the end, still your life is ed, because people are still looking the wrong way at you. They will always remind you of "isnt that the guy who harrassed that girl" ??
They should be punished very very hard.
The police should have arrested these s for reporting a false incident.
That's just the way it goes. Men really have no defense except in this case he has video proof.

I'm not a lawyer or anything but, but falsely accusing someone of a crime isn't illegal?
First the girls smoke in the cab (illegal), then they skip the bill (illegal), then falsely accuse the guy of sexual assault (illegal), causing an unnecessary call to the police (illegal)...and for some reason, they still get the benefit of the doubt.
Amazing what a set of s can get you these days.
It pisses me off to no end because women like these cause people to doubt those with real rape claims.

This behavior is just counterproductive all around, for victims, the man and themselves. Not only selfish and careless for others but incredibly stupid. They should definitely get some punishment.
After the incident the girls proceeded to another night club where they participated in a friendly contest to see who could get finger- ed by the most guys.

They need to publish their names so that their rape cards can be revoked.
Well... rape cards shouldn't be revoked, because no one deserves that, but crying wolf is reprehensible. Not only directly injures their own credibility, but effects the credibility of all women who are already fighting an uphill battle in terms of reporting/fighting incidences of sexual violence or rape.
