True that. There was that brief time a few years ago when America was in love with just making it up as they went along. Whose Line Is It Anway? made Wayne Brady a household name. 8 Mile convinced everyone that they could freestyle. Even media outlets and politicians got in on the act! Things started great with the Lakers three peat but then they rode that trend into a couple of Spurs championships and record low ratings.

I think we'll find that we'll all be much happier with Stern doing the thinking for us.

It's just a matter of how many games Stern wants them to play to make the most money. I think Stern is going to give some extra games to the Lakers so this goes 6 games.
