Those who try to sign up for Season2 and have not participated in our Preseason will be voted on by all participants already signed up. If there are no spots available you will be out of luck! No if, ands or buts about it.
PS: We don't want no chumps so please only sign up if you're dead serious in committing to this league!
PSPS: On average you must play 2-3 games a week! If not your spot might be given away. That's not a for sure thing but it could be. Just a heads up.

Everyone who is wanting to participate in Season 2 please submit your schedules as to when the best time is for you to draft. In order to accomplish what I am trying to do here with this league I am going to need a level of commitment out of you all.
I need all who intend to play Season 2 to be at the draft! I am making it a "No Auto-Draft" policy and if you aren't present... All players who were at the draft get to decide on your line-up. By this I mean, you will have the same type of players we all will have based on the drafting procedure I am going to lay out in a moment but you won't have a complete all-star team.
When an auto-draft happens, the computer picks a complete Olympic squad and this is what I don't want happening.
Drafting Procedure:
FYI, the draft order is random to start. Each time you draft a player the computer counts up the draft, IE; Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, Round 4...
Our draft order will consist of 3 rounds. Our first round consists of 3 cycles, IE; R1-1, R1-2, R1-3. Our second round consists of 4 cycles and our third round 5 cycles. With all draft picks chosen and all rounds completed you should end up with 12 players total on your team.
Round 1; you can only choose players for your team who have an OVR of 80+.
Round 2; OVR of 70-79.
Round 3; OVR of 0-69.
IMO, this gives us a broader range of possibilities when we are wanting to trade with each other and it also makes for a more realistic game and not so much NBA Jamz. I envision a league where we actually depend on some of our role players to step up once in a while, a game less ficticious when it comes to the markup of our teams, and a league we can all enjoy.
I hope you will all agree with me and I am open to any input you may have.

Everyone must leave their request to be in the league within a reply to this thread with their schedule for the draft. Those who were in our Preseason have to do the same. All that weren't in our Preseason will be voted on by our Preseason league members as to whether or not we let you in on Season 2. I will post a list of new members to be and allow all who were in the Preseason to leave a reply in my PM box with their vote for each new member. I will tally all votes up and I will announce who is in on 7/12 @ 9pm CST. Once I know who is in I will send invites out to join the league on Xbox Live.
Get your schedules in ASAP, at the latest by this Saturday July 11, 2009!
