America’s favorite comeback queen is now at the center of a topless photo scandal.

That's right folks, half-nude photos of Britney Spears -- ones we probably all knew existed-- have finally surfaced online.

The photos – outtakes from her 2007 video “Gimme More” — show the pop princess writhing around a stripper pole with her breasts covered only by fake rose tattoos.

Taken during the height of her infamous breakdown, the photos have been kept under wraps for nearly two years. Since then, the star has enjoyed a return to fame, with her incredibly successful “Circus” tour currently selling big in the U.K.

But Spears has come under fire recently for her raunchy performances and lyrics, including the suggestive song “If You Seek Amy.”

now here is the question.

In my original comment I said 8 years, but I really meant 10 years, however 10 years would put her underage and insinuate that I like illegal porn. That said, I'm 25, so 10 years ago I would have also been underage. So if a picture came out in 1999, I could look at it and not be arrested, but now that I wish for it, it makes me sound creepy. Where is the right side in this situation?

In all honesty, being a fan of philosophy, I would say it's certainly ok for you to think of that, if you're remembering it wistfully and imagining what it's like for you to be a child, wanting a celebrity. However, it's inappropriate to think that today.

So the only way that it would be morally ok to imagine it would be to imagine yourself again as a 15 year old, imagining her naked. But it would be wrong for you to be picturing yourself NOW imagining her underage and naked

To me though, I don't think it's extremely peevy to imagine females around your age naked, especially if they blossom early. I'm sure many guys have imagined 17 yr old nude. 16 and 15 are somewhat drawing the line, but it is tough to tell sometimes. :p

I think it's just as peevy for a 60 year old guy to be ogling a hot 25 yr old as it is a 25yr old to ogle a 16 yr old. I'm sure I'm in the minority on that though.
