My impression of what he is saying is that 1) he would rather remain with the Rockets but 2) if he had to play for Detroit, he harbors no bad blood regarding the Auburn Hills incident. IMO you cannot accurately read into this that he wants to go to Detroit. He is just saying he has grown up, citing that he has abandoned all the thug rap.
I wouldn't mind seeing him on the pistons. My 2nd fav team but I would rather see a trade involving him and rip that could help both teams out.
I'd rather see Ron stay in H-Town along side Battier. We just need to get taller to compete with the Lakers.
