Reggie is/was a poster named Reggie. When the new guy took over for Tim Derk and many people were bashing the new Coyote, Reggie showed up in the forums to come to the new Coyote's defense. He had a lot of specifics about coyote-ism, so some people thought the poster Reggie WAS the new Coyote.

I don't think so. But he does know a lot about mascoting.
