Kudos, I would of make a rig out of duct tape, scrap lumber, and used nails. Don't see why it wouldn't work.
Long story short:
An Omnimount customer representative incorrectly told me the Echo 50FP would fit the Pioneer KRP-500M (through a universal apapter), when in fact it does not. I then purchased it. It arrives and ofcourse does not have an adapter. I've been looking for possible solutions, as I do want to choose another display or stand.
However, I do think I have found an adapter to fix the situation.
The planned bracket/adapter setup would be:
Omnimount Echo 50FP (VESA 200x200, 200x400, 200x600, 300x300, 300x400, 400x400, 400x600, 400x800) - holds up to 150 lbs.

----to ---->
Omnimount UM-1 (up to VESA 200x200) - weighs 24 lbs.

----to ---->
Pioneer KRP-500M (mounting holes 500h x 300v) - weighs 82.5lbs.
I currently have the Echo50fp, ordering the 500M, and contemplating the Omnimount UM-1 purchase if it is a viable solution.
Any info, geeks?
edit: oh, yeah. I contacted Omnimount several times now and have gotten absolutely no response from the original representative and several other reps who seem to not know if this combination works. It's their own ing products and the holes don't have a clue.
