i watch the college world series thats about it
texas makes it pretty often
2005 was a dominant team
couldnt name more than a few players though
the problem is its not really baseball, its all white rich kids, 2nd rate prospects, playing with aluminium bats, with the coaches calling pitches
and the announcers are a joke, clearly pro guys who go off for 20 minutes on not even related to sports
texas is a football school, even our recent national powerhouse nba factory basketball program gets no coverage and doesnt sell out home games

I do as well...I'm watching the game right now. Horns playing a good one, as usual. Tied going into the bottom of the 8th.
I love watching the CWS. Texas is in a good one right now with ASU.
No ..I'm on pins and needles right now. I know damn good and well even if ASU wins, Texas will end up in the Finals against LSU. No way in they lose two in a row to this team...but this game is nerve-wracking.

Thanks man...saw it in his eyes..I knew he was done. They showed the slow mo replay and that pitcher was about to cry...I knew they needed to pull his ass or this game was over.

Exactly. That's why Texas baseball is such a joke. Like one of the most populated schools in the country can only field a team year in and year out that is 92% white and clean cut.
I mean I can understand if all the pitchers are white, those are the only ones rich enough to have proper guidance since the cradle....
But it's like Victoria High School sports out there.
