I know he seems to be a forgotten guy but what little we saw of him showed he had some potential. Do you guys think he would be worth at least a training camp invite for a second look over? He did show a pretty good knack of being a defencive presence in the paint. His biggest upside though would be that could be had for very cheap.

From his stats in China he seems to be developing pretty well although it's hard to go by what he can do in that league. As big as our need to have a player like this I really do feel he is worth some effort to see what he could bring to to the spurs.

By the way when do the Spurs announce their summer league and training camp invites?

I do think the Spurs will take a very serious look at all of the former d-league "stars" (in addition to Mahinmi) this summer and see if any of them can be a #3 center in the depth chart.
