Use Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop. That looks pretty advanced, so it looks like you'll have to get in some practice before you're at that level.

Adobe Photoshop CS4 is the best out there, and what I use. I made my Tony P sig on it. Gimp is free. Google either of these and find their DL links. But PS costs money.

The OP has 2 links together, I thought that's maybe why it didn't show. But then it didn't work even when I separated them.
I put it in my post, it showed and then it didn't. I tried putting just the link in, it worked and then it didn't.
If I copy and paste the link it works. If I click on it in this post it doesn't.
Really weird.

The only way I got it to show:
Quote my post, copy the first link, take out the [url] from both ends and paste the link in a window.
I don't have a clue why it doesn't work when you click on it.
