But besides that, I loved watching games at Madison Avenue -- it sucked that place closed down. I haven't found a really good place to watch games since then.
I's have to say Fatso's, fans always there, atmosphere is lively and the wings rock. What's yours?

The Railroad Blues. A live music venue and pool hall in Alpine, Texas. http://www.railroadblues.com. I watched the Spurs win their first championship there.
Of course, I'd rather be 6.5 hours closer inside the SBC Center if that were possible on a regular basis.
There's a sports bar named Coaches that has something like 20 big screens, cold beer, easy-going patrons, and an owner and staff that are friends with the Chopper.
Of course it's not in San Antonio, so it does most of you no good whatsoever.
Please continue. . .
Ellis Palace Hotel and Casino!!!
Food aint too shabby either!
My place is nice too, especially when there is a high def. game on.
Madison Ave was that on Fredbg rd?
I haven't found a really good place yet here in San Marcos
I agree! It's a little out of my way, but well worth the detour![]()

Do not like going to bars or places where I can not hear all the commentary.
Wings N More. Great place to go...it's usually 4-5 people that go so I dunno if it would be good for big parties. But for us we just hang at the bar in front of the big screen.
Wings are great.
It used to be Tiffany Billiards, it's not as good anymore since they took down thier 12'x10' bigscreen. Now they have a whole lot of smaller screen tv's but I hate to squint when I watch a game.
Near the Babock/DeZavala intersection.
Favorite place to watch the Spurs games... at the SBC Center of course. hehe
No but really...when they're away I usually just stay home and watch it. How sad.
