I found a site that talks about it. I hope it works.

I was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this. I'm seeing a trojan horse on my AVG that is can't get rid of....BackDoor.Generic11.ZNE. It's bogging down my computer and when I use the Google on my Firefox browser it takes to all kinds of crazy websites. Anyone dealt with this?

Have you tried using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to remove it? It normally does a pretty thorough job.

This might be of some assistance, good luck
avg sucks! kaspersky and a-squared!
I just found a site that was talking about that. I'm gonna give it a shot when I get off work.
a-squared is a very good!!
I had a nasty bug that Malwarebytes got rid of when nothing else did.
i used to have a problem along time ago porn ads kept popping up on my desktop' but i brought the anti-virus program from wal-mart(forgot the name) and it worked but i still get random pop-ups now just not porn ads.
It will have to be removed prior to boot up.
Looks like Malwarebytes did the trick. Everything seems like it's back to normal. Thanks.
