I'm not fixing that double post either.
I was thinking about who would start the rain thread. It's pointless to have one single weather thread that we just go back to. Someone always starts a new one for every single rain drop we get.

Just finished raining over here. It was pouring furiously for awhile there.
I live in the recharge zone and it hasn't rained for here.
i think you should go recharge it yourself a few oz's at a time.

It's a ways away but I'm getting excited (about the rain...!)
Don't get too excited. This was heading straight for Austin all morning and then just dissipated at lunchtime. May you have better luck.
At least this should get a little rain in the aquifer and maybe some of the lakes, if it will last long enough to get any runoff going.
It's all about getting the day time heating perfect. Hopefully this one will make it down here. With my luck..right around 6:30 when i have to drive northwest.

I hope it makes it, of course never underestimate the power of San Antonio's storm force field. If that force field is active, the storm will split right down the middle to avoid San Antonio.
I swear, its some evil villain that controls the force field, some sinister plot to keep us in water restrictions.
