Bunch of haters. Not everyone that goes out at stone oak wears ed hardy. Back Porch is cool, but crowded.
If she likes to chill there is Copa Wine Bar. Swig is pretty cool and they are not too strict on dress code. More of a "club".

I live in Stone Oak and I swear that sign has changed. Still think it's a bar though.

Silo is ok. Chicago is a nice place and more chill. Cross Eyed is more of a "nice dive". Copa Wine Bar is a chill place that serves some beer/food and nice wine with good service. Swig North is a club/bar that is pretty cool, standard music and reasonable drink prices. More upscale but not as bad as some make it out to be. Graffiti Bar is new and that is kind of a y place imo.
her 21st birthday, take her to the funkiest hole in the wall you can find." I Dont Know Yet cafe" is middle of the road but pretty damn cool. Right off of Bab and Hillcrest. There are some much more funky bars out there, but with the risk of sounding like a crazy white mofo, I wont list them. Lets just say they are on the sides of town you should never see a white person.
