Madden 09

I am playing madden 09 with the imported rookies on the team. I am in year 2 which is this coming season with rookies like Stafford etc. The problem is I can't find Terrelle Owens anywhere. He isn't on the Cowboys and he isn't on the Bills. Heck I even searched for him in the receivers section that gives all the player's ratings and Owens is not on my game. He also isn't in the free agent list and I can't find any transaction saying that he retired or anything related to Terrelle Owens period. Was he banned from Madden 09?
