I was going to post this in the other thread I made but I figured that it would've been lost within the posts so yea...

His wife was released. Absolute BS, beyond belief. I'm so damn tired of this kind of crap . People getting away because they paid off the judge. I hope something horrible happens to his wife, she got away with murder. BUT they did say the family of Arturo Gatti may seek an independent autopsy so hopefully there will be justice.

Anyways apparently Gatti committed suicide by stabbing himself in the back of his head then continued to strangle himself until he died with a purse strap....

WHILE he was drunk. NOT only that but:

"It was technically impossible for a third person to have been in the flat," lead investigator Moises Teixeira said Monday. "She did this alone."
There were no signs of forced entry. Electronic locks indicated no one else had entered the room."

"Gatti's distraught sister Anna-Maria Gatti told CTV News Montreal that Rodrigues always provoked fights. "She always said, 'I'm gonna kill you, I'm gonna kill you,'" said Gatti."

But Rodrigues, in her letter from prison, said: "I'm innocent and I know that this will be proven in a few days."
That does sound fishy to me.

he stabbed himself and then choked himself with the purse while on vacation with his one year old son?

It would be just as believable if they said he fell and landed on a knife multiple times. Man, I hope the truth comes out, Gatti seemed like a good guy.

He was an alcoholic wife beater.

    I still love him though.
