    It is a dragon. And the "asterisk" is the Chinese character for "forever". Very imaginative haha

    The character 永 means "forever", and 愛 means "love" respectively. The overall meaning is “love forever”.

    each character is a symbol, left over from the pictograph era. has much more meaning than a simple english word. he would probably run out of room on his arm if he tatooed "love forever" on his arm.
