DeJuan Blair:

10-11: $918,000
11-12: $986,000
12-13: $1,054,000
Third year $500K guaranteed. Fourth year fully unguaranteed until November 1st 2012.
Ratliff signed as reported a 1 year min contract (with a big part paid by the league). Haislip signed a two years min contract.
Some remarks:

They stole McDyess. I am sure he had better offers, but this shows he wanted to be with the Spurs imo.
Yes, Haislip is not longer the financial "lock" to make the team anymore. He is only guaranteed so little that if someone clearly out plays him or a trade presents itself, they will have an easy time letting him go financially.
Thanks for posting this info, Bruno! My initial negative reaction to the Haislip signing last month was strictly based on $ risk. The make-good or near make-good type contract made sense then and more so, now. This is a win-win scenario for every contract listed here!

It's pretty damn surprising that the Spurs got McDyess for such a cheap price. The Spurs traded away Kurt Thomas and got McDyess for not that much more money. Very nice work by the FO
Wow. Haislip went from making the LLE, to the minimum to just $50K. This changes a lot because with a contract that cheap, there's no guarantee the Spurs even have to keep him. That's about as much money as training fodder players get.
So now we know Haislip has to fight for a job in training camp. There must have been absolutely no interest in him from other NBA teams because that's pretty damn bad contract to agree to sign.
The Spurs may now decide to invite Gist and have Gist and Haislip battle it out for one spot.
Damn, only $2,268,000 guaranteed? And the Spurs have until into the season in 2012 to guarantee the final year? That's another damn good contract from the Spurs' point of view.

The front office deserves props for the contracts they handed out this summer. McDyess for basically $4 million a year plus a tradeable final year is a steal. Blair locked up on a cheap contract with less than $2.3 million guaranteed is a steal. On top of that they get a free looks at Haislip, Williams and Hairston in training camp.
Wow...both Blair's and Haislip's contracts are very surprising. I guess we don't have 7 bigs locked up after all.

Now that we have 6 bigs with guaranteed deals, Haislip will have to play very well to make Pop carry 7 big guys
Wow, I'm surprised by a lot of those numbers. All and all I agree that the FO did a great job locking up some talent for very little.
I wonder if Haislip didn't have any offers or if he really thought that SA would be a great place to be? Playing for a contender next to TD is a big deal. But when he signed the team really only had Duncan, Bonner, Mahinmi and Blair (An old savvy vet, a questionable vet, an unproven "rookie", an unproven rookie with bad knees). I can see where he might see the possibility to carve out a niche rather than just be depth for another team. I hope hes good enough.

The Spurs must have seen great potential in Marcus Haislip and Ian Mahinmi to get them on board and especially for the price! I LOVE this part of being a Spurs fan! Our F.O. is birddoggin all over the Globe for the next 'X' factor and the silent killer! And with Pop declaring that if they DON'T win the Championship this year that he should be fired...? That says something about our team FO and Coaching Staff. I can't WAIT!!
There was a lot of talk that Dice's price was very similar to Rasheed Wallace, which was the full mid-level exception. According to ShamSports, here's the contract Sheed got:

If Gist doesn't want to go in Europe, he will be at Spurs training camp. He said before the draft that he will be in SA this year and he hasn't signed with an European team. So there is a good chance he will try to make Spurs roster.
I can see Mahinmi, Gist and Haislip fighting for one spot. Mahinmi contract is guaranteed but if he doesn't play well in training camp, his 2010-2011 option won't be picked and Spurs could dump him like they did with Beno to save some money. Spurs could decide to keep a second one among Mahinmi, Gist and Haislip if two players do very well in training camp but it doesn't look like the most likely scenario.

The Haislip contract is a very good news IMO. I never thought he could be useful for us and i really wouldn't want him taking a spot from the others 6 bigs we have.
I'm still rooting for Haislip, just to turn down the money he was making in Europe for 50k shows what this means to him. I think he will try his hardest during TC and succeed.
Great job Bruno. I'd love to see Haislip pan out. No doubt his highlights are impressive, that's why they call them highlights, the question is how consistent he can be to avoid getting in the Pop doghouse never to return...
i don't question his heart, but his talent. i can't see anything he could do better than the others bigs we have. we'll see.
Boston's investment in Wallace potentially almost $19M vs Spurs' commitment of $12M for McDyess.. Spurs got the better player who fits their system and at a bargain price too.. you know, its almost eerie the way things have fallen into place. The RJ trade, Blai falling into the Spurs lap, a great summer league showing by GH, Ian and Blair, intriguing potential of Haislip and Williams.. what's next?
